Delivery:
We will make every effort to dispatch goods as quickly as possible. If there is any change to the quoted delivery time we will inform you by e-mail.

Delivery for the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland

*Delivery times are based on items being in stock. We do our best to ensure all our items are in stock but in the event that an ordered item is currently out of stock, please allow 7-10 days

We reserve the right to change these charges without notice. In the event where we have taken an order, charged carriage and are unable to ship for this cost, we will contact you immediately with the new cost and the option to cancel the order.

Delivery for outside the Rep. of Ireland and Northern Ireland:
On receipt of the order, we will calculate the shipping cost and contact you with this information. If you are satisfied with the quoted carriage cost, the order will be processed immediately. If not, you can choose to cancel the order.

Heavy and/or bulky items:
For some products the regular shipping rates may not apply. This may be due to the size, shape or weight of the items. We will contact you if we cannot ship for the quoted carriage costs. We will advise you of the revised delivery costs and at this stage you have the option of cancelling the order.

Dispatch and Delivery:
Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day for in-stock items when paid by credit card. Orders placed and paid by cheque will be delayed by 6 working days.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, however, at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At such times, please allow 14 days for delivery. You will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering.

It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address. If a signatory is not available at your usual address please consider an alternative delivery address where a representative for yourself is available to sign for the package, or designate your workplace as your preferred delivery location.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee:
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products purchased from The Connemara Pony Company. When buying over the net it can be difficult to know exactly how a product looks and feels. We cover this, so you can do exactly that. If you do not like the goods we will give a full no quibble refund. The full cost of the goods will be refunded less the delivery charge. The credit will be added to your credit card. We can also exchange for another product, leave your balance on account. The refund will be made within 15 days of us receiving the goods. The 21 days will begin from the day you receive the goods. Goods returned after this period will incur a 10% restocking charge. Goods to be returned must be returned using our Goods Returns Procedure. They must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If either of these stipulations is not met we reserve the right to refuse credit or incur a 10% repacking/used charge.

We guarantee products for 12 months from date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and in a manner that it is considered to be for the purpose for which it was designed,

Faulty Goods Return Policy

If goods delivered to you are faulty we will be happy to replace them or refund the cost. In order for us to deal with your return efficiently, please refer the Goods Return Procedure below for details on how to return your goods. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

When the goods are received by the Connemara Pony Company the problem will be investigated and a solution resolved. We endeavor to resolve the problem within 3 working days from receipt of the faulty goods. On occasions the product may have to be returned to the manufacturer in order to determine the problem. In this case it may take up to 30 days for a conclusion to be reached. If the goods are found to be faulty we will give a full refund including the cost of postage.

Goods Returns Procedure

  2. We will then email you a Goods return number (Do not return goods until you receive this number)
  3. This number must then be placed on the original packing list and also on the outside of the parcel above the address label.

Goods being returned to the Connemara Pony Company are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of despatch.

Good being returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health and safety Act.

Pricing: We make every effort to maintain accurate prices on our web site; however, this is not always possible for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to discontinue any item and to change prices when necessary.
